1. Return and Refund Policy

At MemoLoop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're happy to accept returns under the following terms.

1.1 Return window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.

1.2 Conditions for return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

●       Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

●       Be in its original packaging, with tags and accessories included.

●       Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.

1.3 Products not eligible for return

Some types of products are exempt from returns, including (adjust according to your catalog):

●       Custom or made-to-order items.

●       Personal hygiene or intimate products, for sanitary reasons.

●       Sale or clearance items marked as "final sale".

1.4 How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at viewslove12@use.startmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how and where to ship the package.

We do not accept returns sent without prior request and approval.

1.5 Return shipping costs

1.6 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

1.7 Exchanges (defective or damaged products)

If you received a defective or damaged product, contact us right away at viewslove12@use.startmail.com with photos of the item. We'll review the case and offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

1.8 Order cancellations

You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, this return policy applies.
